No. A photo is charged once, when it is first rendered. Change the enhancements and render it again as many times as you like. It never costs a second photo from your plan.
Yes. Anything you do not use is added to next month, and carried photos are spent first, before the new month’s allowance. While your subscription keeps renewing, whatever is left over keeps moving forward with you. Cancelling ends that: carried photos go with the subscription, so use them before your final period closes. Pay-as-you-go photos are separate, bought outright at the pay-as-you-go rate and never expiring.

Twenty days from the day each photo is created, then it is deleted from our storage. Your library shows the date for every project, and you can download full-resolution files at any point before then.
