By creating an account or paying for HomeHDR, you agree to these terms.

The service

HomeHDR provides automated photo enhancement. We do not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes; results depend on input quality. We make best efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime.

Acceptable use

• Don't upload illegal, infringing, or non-consensual content.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the rendering pipeline.
• Don't share your account across multiple users (one paid seat = one user).

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Pay-as-you-go and top-up credits do not expire and are non-refundable except in cases of service failure.
• Founding Member pricing locks in for the lifetime of the subscription. If you cancel, you forfeit the founding rate.

Refunds

If you're unhappy in your first 60 days, email us for a full refund — no questions asked. After 60 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Liability

HomeHDR is provided "as is". Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
