Data Usage & Retention

When you upload photos to HomeHDR, we store your input images and edited outputs for the purpose of processing, delivery, quality assurance, and service improvement.

Edited images are available for download for a maximum of 7 days, after which they may be removed from active storage.

Certain copies, derivatives, backups, or representations of your content may be retained for operational, analytical, security, or service improvement purposes in accordance with this policy.

Ownership & Rights

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any photos or images you upload to HomeHDR.

Nothing in this policy restricts your ability to use, sell, license, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit your photos, including providing such images to:

• Brokers, real estate agents, and brokerages
• MLS platforms and property listing portals
• Clients, homeowners, and property managers
• Marketing agencies and other third parties

HomeHDR does not claim ownership of your photos. Your work remains your work.

License Grant to HomeHDR

By uploading images to HomeHDR, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, process, analyze, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use such images for the purpose of operating, improving, developing, marketing, and commercializing HomeHDR's products and services.

This license includes the right to use uploaded images and derived outputs for:

• Internal analysis and research
• Quality control and accuracy verification
• Model development and AI training
• Service improvement and feature development
• Other lawful commercial purposes

Aggregated & De-Identified Data

HomeHDR may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify uploaded images, edits, and related metadata, and may use such aggregated or de-identified data for any lawful purpose, including:

• Analytics and usage research
• Industry benchmarking
• Artificial intelligence development and training
• Commercial partnerships and integrations

Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you, your clients, or specific properties and is not considered personal information under this policy.

Business Transfers & Third-Party Use

The rights granted to HomeHDR under this policy may be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed in connection with:

• A merger or acquisition
• An asset sale or business divestiture
• Financing arrangements or strategic partnerships
• Similar corporate transactions

These transfers may occur without additional notice or consent. We will, however, notify users of material changes that affect how their data is used following such a transaction.

Security & Storage

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Uploaded images are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorized systems and personnel.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. You upload content at your own risk.

• Encryption: All transfers use HTTPS/TLS 1.3
• Storage: AES-256 encryption at rest
• Access: Restricted to authorized systems and verified personnel
• Backups: Periodic encrypted backups for disaster recovery

Your Responsibilities

By using HomeHDR, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos you upload, or have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and licenses to upload them and grant the rights described in Section 3
• Your uploads do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights
• Your uploads comply with all applicable laws, including real estate disclosure laws and MLS rules
• You have appropriate consent to upload images that include identifiable people or private property

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for any consequences arising from your uploads.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to provide essential functionality, remember your preferences, analyze site usage, and improve user experience. By using homehdr.com, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this section.

Categories of cookies we use:

• Essential: Required for login, account access, and core service functionality
• Analytics: Help us understand how visitors use our site (Google Analytics, anonymized)
• Marketing: Used for advertising attribution and retargeting (Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags)

Account, Subscription & Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.

Upon cancellation:

• Your account remains active until the end of the paid period
• Unused image credits do not roll over or refund
• You may request account deletion by emailing us at info@homehdr.com
• Account deletion removes your personal information from active systems within 30 days, subject to retention rights described in Sections 1, 3, and 4

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service, technology, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification to your account email address (for material changes)
• Displaying an in-app notice when you next log in

Continued use of HomeHDR after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account.
