This policy explains how Real Estate HDR handles photos, data, and information you provide when using our AI-powered photo editing service at realestatehdr.com. By uploading content or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Data Usage & Retention
When you upload photos to Real Estate HDR, we store your input images and edited outputs for processing, delivery, quality assurance, and service improvement.
Edited images are available for download for a maximum of 7 days, after which they may be removed from active storage.
Certain copies, derivatives, backups, or representations of your content may be retained for operational, analytical, security, or service improvement purposes in accordance with this policy.
Always download your edited images within 7 days. We recommend keeping a local backup as a best practice.
Ownership & Rights
You retain all right, title, and interest in any photos or images you upload to Real Estate HDR.
Real Estate HDR does not claim ownership of your photos. Your work remains your work.

License Grant to Real Estate HDR
By uploading images, you grant Real Estate HDR a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, process, analyze, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise use such images for operating, improving, developing, marketing, and commercializing our products and services.
This license is necessary to deliver the service and continuously improve the AI editing technology. It does not transfer ownership of your photos to us.

Aggregated & De-Identified Data
Real Estate HDR may aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify uploaded images, edits, and related metadata, and may use that data for lawful business purposes.
Aggregated or de-identified data does not identify you, your clients, or specific properties and is not considered personal information under this policy.

Business Transfers & Third-Party Use
The rights granted to Real Estate HDR under this policy may be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed in connection with corporate transactions.
These transfers may occur without additional notice or consent. We will notify users of material changes that affect how their data is used following such a transaction.

- An asset sale or business divestiture
- Financing arrangements or strategic partnerships
- Similar corporate transactions
Security & Storage
We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Uploaded images are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access restricted to authorized systems and personnel.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. You upload content at your own risk.

Your Responsibilities
By using Real Estate HDR, you represent and warrant that you have the rights needed to upload content and grant the permissions described in this policy.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and for any consequences arising from your uploads.
- You own the photos you upload or have obtained all required permissions, releases, and licenses
- Your uploads do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other third-party rights
- Your uploads comply with applicable laws, real estate disclosure rules, and MLS requirements
- You have appropriate consent to upload images that include identifiable people or private property
Account, Subscription & Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
The free 10-edit trial does not require a credit card and does not auto-convert to a paid plan.
- Your account remains active until the end of the paid period
- Unused image credits do not roll over or refund unless separately stated
- You may request account deletion by emailing hello@realestatehdr.com
- Account deletion removes personal information from active systems within 30 days, subject to permitted retention rights
The free trial includes 10 edits, no credit card required, and no automatic paid subscription.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our service, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.
Continued use of Real Estate HDR after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account.
