1

Getting Started

The basics of what Real Estate HDR is, who it is for, and how to start using it.

What is Real Estate HDR?

Real Estate HDR is an AI-powered photo editing platform built for real estate photographers. It helps with HDR merging, sky replacement, window pulls, TV screen edits, fireplace edits, removals, and natural color correction.

Who is Real Estate HDR for?

It is built for solo real estate photographers, real estate media agencies, brokerages, teams, and property media workflows that need consistent listing-ready edits without slow manual turnaround.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You can try 10 free edits with no credit card required. The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

What do I need to get started?

You need a Real Estate HDR account, your bracketed RAW or JPEG photos, and an internet connection. The core workflow runs in the browser.

Do I need editing experience?

No. The platform is designed to handle the repetitive editing workflow automatically, while experienced editors can still use it to speed up high-volume production.

2

Pricing & Billing

Plan structure, credits, free edits, and subscription behavior.

How much does Real Estate HDR cost?

Plans are structured around monthly image volume, with flexible pay-as-you-go credits available for photographers who do not want a subscription.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Do unused images roll over?

Subscription image allowances are intended for the active billing period. Credit behavior may vary by plan, so check the billing details before purchasing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. You can move between plans as your volume changes. Upgrades are useful when your weekly shoot count increases or your team starts batching more listings.

3

How It Works

How uploading, bracket grouping, processing, and delivery work.

How long does processing take?

Most images process in under 5 minutes. Larger batches can take longer depending on upload size, bracket count, and queue volume.

How many brackets can I merge?

Real Estate HDR supports standard 3 to 9 bracket workflows depending on your plan and capture setup.

Can I batch upload entire shoots?

Yes. Batch uploading is designed for full listing workflows. The platform can group bracket sequences and process multiple images in parallel.

What happens after upload?

The system identifies the image type, groups bracket sets when needed, applies the selected edit workflow, and returns listing-ready output for download.

4

Features

The editing tools available inside the real estate media workflow.

What edits can the platform perform?

Core tools include HDR merging, removals, sky replacement, window pulls, TV blackout, TV screen replacement, fire in fireplace, color correction, and listing-ready finishing.

How does sky replacement work?

Sky replacement lets you choose a listing-appropriate sky style such as Wispy, Few Clouds, Clear Sky, or Original Sky while keeping the overall result natural.

What does window pull do?

Window pull preserves exterior detail through bright windows while keeping the interior clean and balanced.

What can removals handle?

The removals workflow focuses on camera reflections when detected, especially in mirrors or reflective surfaces.

What are the TV screen options?

The TV Screen tool supports TV blackout and TV screen replacement so listing photos avoid distracting blank or reflective displays.

5

Technical

Supported files, browsers, output behavior, and upload requirements.

What file formats are supported?

The platform accepts common RAW files, JPEGs, TIFFs, and PNGs. The upload workflow is intended to avoid manual pre-conversion whenever possible.

Does it work on Mac and Windows?

Yes. The web platform works in modern browsers on Mac, Windows, and other desktop operating systems.

Do I need a fast internet connection?

A standard broadband connection is enough, but upload speed affects how quickly large bracket sets reach the platform.

What resolution is exported?

The platform is designed for high-resolution listing output, including 6K-ready delivery where supported by the source files and plan.

6

Quality & Results

How output quality compares to manual editing and what to expect from AI results.

Do the edits look natural or over-processed?

The target look is natural, clean, and listing-ready. The product is tuned to avoid the heavy over-processed look common in generic AI enhancement tools.

Will every photo in a listing feel consistent?

Yes. Consistency across a batch is one of the main advantages of the workflow, especially for color balance, contrast, and brightness.

What happens if an edit is not right?

If an edit does not meet your standards, you can contact support for review, re-processing guidance, or credit handling depending on the case.

Can I test my own photos first?

Yes. The 10 free edits are intended for testing the workflow on your own files before choosing a plan.

7

Privacy & Data

Photo ownership, storage, security, and privacy policy basics.

Who owns the photos I upload?

You retain ownership of your photos. Real Estate HDR does not claim ownership of uploaded images.

How long are edited photos stored?

Edited images are available for download for a maximum of 7 days, after which they may be removed from active storage.

Is my data secure?

The platform uses secure upload and storage practices. Access is restricted to authorized systems and personnel as described in the privacy policy.

Where can I read the full policy?
